Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking through our website. These terms constitute the basis of the agreement between you and all adults and/or minors included in your booking. By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and accept that these terms and conditions form an integral part of your contract with us. Additionally, by visiting or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they may be amended from time to time.
Use of Website
Elysium Villas reserves the right to make changes, corrections, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice. No express or implied warranties, representations, or endorsements are made concerning the website or any information, services, or products offered through it.
Elysium Villas disclaims all responsibility for any damages of any kind arising from, or in connection with, the use of our website or its content. This includes damages resulting from inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or any other cause, and applies whether these are due to actions by Elysium Villas, our employees, agents, or any other natural or legal persons.
Prices
We strongly advise all users to thoroughly review the information displayed on the website prior to entering into any agreements. Careful examination is also recommended before finalizing your online reservation. Availability, pricing, and cancellation policies are specific to each booking and are displayed alongside the respective charges. Users are encouraged to carefully read these details before proceeding with an online booking. All accounts must be settled in full prior to arrival.
VAT and Taxes
VAT and any applicable taxes are included in the price of each villa. Meals are included only if explicitly stated in the booking terms. Elysium Villas reserves the right to review and adjust its prices periodically. Any price changes will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. In some instances, availability must be confirmed via telephone. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required to secure your reservation. Payments can be made exclusively through PayPal, or by credit or debit card at the time of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed online with a reference number provided.
Cancellations or modifications are free of charge if made within 24 hours of booking and must be requested in writing. Otherwise, cancellations should be directed to info@ElysiumVillas.gr.
In the rare case of overbooking, we will endeavor to arrange alternative accommodation in the area with similar specifications at no additional cost. If alternative accommodation is not possible or acceptable, we will cancel the booking and fully refund the amount to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original payment.
Generally
Elysium Villas endeavors to fulfill all reservations using the information provided by guests. Reservations cannot be transferred to a third party without the consent of Elysium Villas. The facilities of the villa are strictly for accommodation purposes and may not be used for other activities.
Additional charges may apply for goods and services requested during the stay that are beyond the scope of the agreed terms. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information in our brochures, advertisements, and website, Elysium Villas reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw any service, facility, or benefit without prior notice if deemed necessary.
Elysium Villas is not liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations to guests under the following circumstances, which are beyond its reasonable control:
- Strikes or other industrial actions
- Unusual natural effects
- Fires at or near the Villa
- Flooding at or near the Villa
- Public disorders, wars, or civil strife
- Acts or attempted acts of terrorism
- Force majeure events. Legal actions taken against Elysium Villas not arising from its negligence that prevent the provision of services
Cancellations cost
For reservations canceled more than 24 hours after booking, Elysium Villas reserves the right to retain any down-payment of 30% made by the guest. This policy also applies to no-shows at the time of the scheduled reservation.
Elysium Villas may cancel any or all parts of a reservation due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, Elysium Villas will refund any payments made for the services not rendered. Beyond this refund, Elysium Villas takes no further liability towards the guest.
Special Requests
Any special needs or requests must be communicated in writing in advance. While Elysium Villas will make every effort to accommodate such requests, Elysium Villas cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
Disclaimer
Elysium Villas is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the surrounding area. Additionally, Elysium Villas disclaims responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of independent contractors or suppliers.
Elysium Villas will not be held liable for any theft, injury, or illness incurred by guests, their representatives, or visitors, nor for any kind of property damage or personal loss, unless such incidents are directly due to negligence by Elysium Villas or its staff.
It is the responsibility of each guest to secure adequate insurance coverage for their stay.
Check In
Guests may check in any time after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Babycots
There may be some cots available, but availability is limited. Ask the villa after your reservation.
Smoking
Smoking at Elysium Villas is permitted only in designated smoking areas, which include the villa’s balconies and terraces. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in a fine of up to €500.
Parking places
The Elysium Villas offers free parking places within its facilities.
Pets
Small pets are allowed in the Villa.
View and pool
All rooms of the villa have Nature or sea view. In the outside area is a swimming pool whose use is the sole responsibility of the visitor. The Elysium Villas takes no responsibility for any injuries of visitors who use the pool.
Guest damages
In the event of malicious, willful, or negligent damage to or loss of property within the rooms or premises of Elysium Villas, the responsible guest will be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement. This includes compensation for any business interruption caused by the visitor's actions. Charges will be applied to the credit or debit card provided by the visitor at the time of booking.
Should the payment for damages need to be made through a different credit or debit card than the one on file, Elysium Villas reserves the right to take legal action to recover these costs.
Guests behavior code
Elysium Villas reserves the right to refuse access or expel any individual deemed inappropriate or undesirable for the safety and comfort of other guests.
Health and Safety
Elysium Villas adheres to all local legislation, including regulations pertaining to fire safety. All guests are advised to read and familiarize themselves with the local health and safety guidelines to ensure their own safety and the safety of others during their stay.
